FERC Approves Construction To Puerto Rico LNG Site

Law360 (February 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has given the initial green light to energy developer EcoElectrica LP to use a pipeline at its existing liquefied natural gas terminal in Puerto Rico for a construction project that would provide up to an additional 93 million cubic feet per day of natural gas to the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority.
