Green Groups Seek To Halt Lexam's Oil Project

Law360 (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two conservation groups are seeking a preliminary injunction barring implementation of Lexam Explorations Inc.'s plan, rubber-stamped by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, to build oil and gas development operations in a Colorado national wildlife refuge.
