Seafood Co. Violated Food Safety Rules: Judge

Law360 (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has enjoined Captain's Select Seafood Inc. and its owners from operating any food supply business, saying the seafood processor mishandled food and endangered the public health.

On Monday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the judge's order, which was handed down on Feb. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
