6th Circ. Revives Unlawful Firing Suit V. Court, Judge

Law360, New York (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has breathed new life into a case brought by three former employees of a Michigan state trial court who claim their constitutional rights were violated when they were fired after being caught up in a power struggle between two judges.
