CFTC Accuses 'Global' Options Firm Of $1.3M Fraud

Law360, New York (February 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Tuesday sued a Florida investment company and its attorney-in-fact for allegedly scamming investors in on-exchange commodity futures out of about $1.3 million in 2006 and 2007.
