Chancery Scrubs TransPerfect Hearing Amid Bid To Seal Court

Law360, Wilmington (February 6, 2017, 6:42 PM EST) -- The Delaware Chancery Court has canceled a hearing scheduled for Tuesday in the heated case over control of legal translation firm TransPerfect after receiving opposition to a bid to seal the courtroom from a group of company employees who are objecting to its sale and a top Republican state lawmaker.
