Law360, New York (February 9, 2017, 4:56 PM EST) -- In her first extended public comments since being named acting chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Victoria Lipnic on Thursday said that the agency will continue pursuing systemic investigations and left the door open for a re-evaluation of recently enhanced pay data reporting requirements.
Lipnic, who was appointed acting chair about two weeks ago by President Donald Trump, offered her comments on those and a wide range of other issues affecting the agency as part of a panel discussion sponsored by Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a firm where she practiced prior to joining the commission in 2010.
