Enviros Get $1.5M Attys' Fees In Suit Over Mont. Coal Units

Law360, New York (February 17, 2017, 1:51 PM EST) -- Two environmental groups who dropped their Clean Air Act suit against the owners of a 2,094-megawatt coal-fired plant in Montana when a Talen Energy subsidiary and Puget Sound Energy agreed to close two units of the facility have been awarded just over $1.5 million in attorneys' fees and costs.
