Judge Won't Rehear Group's Antitrust Suit V. OPEC

Law360, New York (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing an antitrust suit brought against the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries by a now-defunct conservative watchdog group has dismissed the suit again after refusing to reconsider his earlier decision that the complaint had been improperly served.
