Charys Holding's Reorganization Plan OK'd

Law360 (March 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Charys Holding Co. has moved one step closer to emerging from Chapter 11 now that a bankruptcy court has confirmed a joint plan of reorganization that includes settlements with bondholders and other individual creditors and leaves the company with enough assets to pay back the bulk of its remaining creditors.
