According to the report, the European Commission will greenlight the deal without requiring any concessions. The agreement, inked in November, is set to expand Siemens' digital industrial portfolio to include Oregon-headquartered Mentor's integrated circuit and systems design software used in smart-connected products such as self-driving cars....
