Jury Hands Down ClearOne Convictions

Law360, New York (March 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a blow to two former ClearOne Communications Inc. officials, a federal jury has doled out nine convictions to the company's ex-chief executive and one conviction to a former financial officer for their roles in an alleged scheme to inflate the technology firm's revenue and boost its stock price.
