Deals Rumor Mill: Global Logistic Properties, Cloudera, GE

By Benjamin Horney (February 28, 2017, 2:26 PM EST) -- Groups led by Warburg Pincus, Blackstone Group LP and China's Hopu Investment Management are among those still in the running to buy Singapore-based industrial warehousing giant Global Logistic Properties Ltd. worth about $9.2 billion, according to a Tuesday report from Reuters. Warburg Pincus is teaming with e-Shang Redwood to lead a consortium of Chinese and international investors, with Blackstone leading another group, the report said. The Hopu-led group also includes Hillhouse Capital and some of GLP's senior executives, the report said. Reports that GLP was up for grabs date back to January....
