Missouri Supreme Court Affirms St. Louis Minimum Wage Hike

Law360, Los Angeles (March 1, 2017, 12:02 AM EST) -- The Missouri Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld a minimum wage law passed by the City of St. Louis that hikes the city’s minimum wage to $11 per hour by 2018, holding that the ordinance is not preempted by the state’s minimum wage law.
