Liberty Demands $3M Back In FEMA Fire Coverage

Law360, New York (March 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. has fired back against Fluor Enterprises Inc. and a pair of insurance companies, seeking to recoup $3 million of the coverage it provided in connection with litigation over a fatal fire that broke out in a Federal Emergency Management Agency trailer issued in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
