$54M Missing Pants Judge Running Out Of Options

Law360 (March 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The District of Columbia's highest court has delivered another blow to the former administrative law judge who became the symbol of litigation run amok after suing his neighborhood dry cleaner for $54 million over a pair of lost pants.

On Monday, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals rejected Roy Pearson Jr.'s petition for a hearing en banc, leaving intact the three-judge panel's unanimous rejection of Pearson's appeal back in December.
