Sierra Club Sues EPA Chief Over Power Plant Permit

Law360, New York (March 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In an attempt to force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to rule on an objection to a proposed permit for a Wisconsin power plant, the Sierra Club has filed a declaratory judgment suit against EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, citing violations of the Clean Air Act.
