Wal-Mart System Infringes Our Patent: Inventors

Law360 (March 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two inventors are asking a judge to stop Wal-Mart from using a system that allows customers to give instant feedback on service, a system the inventors say infringes their patent.

In a motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, Vision-1 LLC, a company controlled by inventors Nancy L. Anderson and Lois J. Pannkuk, sought a preliminary injunction requiring Wal-Mart to stop using its system immediately.
