Pork Groups Suit Over Emissions Belongs In DC: EPA

Law360 (March 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has asked a district court to transfer a case filed by pork industry groups challenging a new rule governing emissions from large factory farms to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, saying that only the D.C. Circuit has jurisdiction over challenges to federal rules.
