Green Groups Urge EPA Action On Coal Ash Regulation

Law360 (March 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- More than 100 environmental groups are urging newly appointed U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson to “assume the lead responsibility” in establishing heightened standards for regulating coal combustion waste in the wake of last year's massive coal ash spill in Tennessee.
