Smurfit-Stone Payment Proposal Draws Objections

Law360 (March 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Numerous companies that haven't been paid for products they delivered to Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. shortly before it filed for bankruptcy in January have filed objections to the company's request that it be given up to four months to analyze their claims.
