Judge Sanctions Reed Smith In Insurance Claim Spat

Law360, New York (March 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A U.S. magistrate judge has ruled that Reed Smith LLP deliberately misled the court and was liable for payment of discovery sanctions in a coverage dispute between Lexington Insurance Co. and the law firm's client, bankrupt Florida resort owner Bray & Gillespie Management LLC.
