Citation Oil & Gas Spill Deal Gets Final Approval

Law360, New York (March 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has granted final approval to a consent decree between the U.S. Department of Justice and Citation Oil & Gas Corp., whereby Citation will spend a total of $860,000 to resolve allegations that it violated the Clean Water Act by discharging 597 barrels of crude oil into a Wyoming river.
