EU Pushed To Speed Review Of Capital Markets Regs

Law360, London (March 17, 2017, 2:33 PM GMT) -- A major financial trade body called Friday on the European Union’s executive arm to speed up a review into how market conduct and capital requirements regulations are affecting wholesale markets as it seeks to boost access to financing in the region.

The Association for Financial Markets in Europe, known as AFME, set out the priority alongside nine other policy recommendations it has sent to the European Commission.
