LinkLine: Clarity For 'Coopetition'

Law360 (March 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- One cloud over companies that do business with their own competitors was removed by the United States Supreme Court this year, continuing a trend of clearing the skies through more sensible application of antitrust law.

If other courts can just get the message, we might make serious headway in the effort to diminish counterproductive, even anti-competitive, results from the over-application of a body of law which is nebulous by design and can be punitive by accident.
