Law360, Los Angeles (March 17, 2017, 10:41 PM EDT) -- An ex-Credit Suisse banker who spent five years as a fugitive before surrendering to authorities was hit with probation for helping U.S. taxpayers evade income taxes in a scheme that cheated the government out of at least $1.5 million, according to a judgment in Virginia federal court Friday.
