Land Rover, AIG Drop Suit Over $12M Crash Deal

Law360, New York (March 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has signed off on the stipulated dismissal of a suit by Land Rover against its insurer American Insurance Group Inc. over claims related to an AIG subrogation suit against the automaker to recover $12 million paid in a settlement over a wreck involving a Land Rover vehicle.

Judge Julian Abele Cook Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan approved the dismissal with prejudice Thursday.
