Ray Ten years ago, one of us (Jorge Goldstein), who was then the managing partner of Sterne Kessler, published an article in Law360 decrying the persistent drumbeat that foresaw the end of intellectual property boutiques, a portion of the legal industry of which our firm was then (and is today) a proud member.
