11th Circ. Says Natural Skim Milk Is Legally 'Skim Milk'

Law360, New York (March 21, 2017, 4:30 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit said Monday that all-natural Florida dairy company Ocheesee Creamery LLC has a First Amendment right to call its skim milk by that name and not “imitation” milk even though it doesn’t add vitamin A to its skim milk, as required by state law.
