Postal Service Sued For Switching Clerks' Tasks

Law360 (March 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The postal workers union in Detroit has accused the U.S. Postal Service of violating its labor agreements by forcibly reassigning clerks to different schedules, in some cases changing their offices and tasks.

On Friday, the American Postal Workers Union, Detroit District Area Local, AFL-CIO filed a complaint against the USPS in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
