5th Circ. Denies Halliburton, Era Indemnity Claims

Law360 (March 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has ruled that Era Aviation Inc. and Halliburton Co.'s contracts canceled each other’s indemnity claims, but remanded the case over a deadly 2004 helicopter crash on the question of whether Era is entitled to additional indemnity under Halliburton’s contract.
