Fly Ash Rules To Be Introduced In Wake Of Tenn. Spill

Law360 (March 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has promised to introduce regulations for coal combustion waste from utilities by the end of the year following calls from both lawmakers and environmental groups for the agency to take action to prevent a repeat of December's coal ash spill at a Tennessee Valley Authority facility in Kingston, Tenn.
