CQG Opposes Bid To Make Alice-Related Ruling Precedential

Law360, San Francisco (March 31, 2017, 9:50 PM EDT) -- An app developer’s motion for the Federal Circuit to repost as precedential an opinion finding two electronic trading patents valid under Alice spurred accused infringer CQG to argue Thursday that the request only illustrated the need for an en banc rehearing of the ruling.
