Nacchio Asks District Court For Continued Release

Law360, New York (March 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Facing the start of his prison sentence, former Qwest Communications International Inc. CEO Joseph Nacchio has asked a federal district court judge to grant his emergency motion for continued release pending the appeal of his insider trading conviction to the U.S. Supreme Court.
