Wilma Claim Issue Sent To Fla. High Court

Law360 (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has declined to rule in an insurance spat arising from Hurricane Wilma, sending back the question over whether a claim brought by an insured against an insurer for failing to investigate a claim within a certain period of time to the Florida Supreme Court for certification.
