Law360, New York (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On March 4, 2009, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) released two Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) for up to $84 million to support the development of Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS) technologies in an effort to expand geothermal power generation opportunities to a broad variety of geographic locations.
