Dead Bat Found In Salad At Wal-Mart Spurs Recall

Law360, New York (April 10, 2017, 3:43 PM EDT) -- Two Floridians recently found a dead bat in a packaged salad made by Fresh Express and sold at Wal-Mart stores, prompting a recall and an investigation by the Centers for Disease Control and other federal and state health regulators.
