BAPCPA Bill Could Be Introduced Next Week

Law360, New York (March 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pressure is mounting for some of the 2005 revisions to the Bankruptcy Code to be rolled back, with at least one lawmaker planning to introduce legislation to that effect in light of growing fears among congressional Democrats that the changes hinder companies' ability to reorganize in the current economy.
