SEC Subpoenas Veraz Networks Over Vietnam Ties

Law360, New York (March 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Veraz Networks Inc. has received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission seeking documents related to the company’s business practices in Vietnam, the Internet technology firm disclosed Thursday.

In the company’s annual report filed with the SEC Thursday, Veraz confirmed that the firm is producing documents relevant to the SEC’s probe.

“We are in the process of responding to this subpoena,” Veraz said.
