SEC Sues Ex-CSK Auto Execs For Accounting Fraud

Law360 (March 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has lodged an injunctive action against four former CSK Auto Corp. executives, claiming they overstated the company's pre-tax income by fraudulently concealing tens of millions of dollars in uncollectible receivables in violation of federal securities laws.
