Court Tosses Case V. DHS Over Fish-Killing Virus

Law360, New York (March 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has thrown out a suit brought by four environmental groups against defendants that include the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security and Agriculture alleging the government wasn't doing enough to protect Lake Superior from a fish-killing virus.
