EPA Pushes DC Circ. To Pause Methane Rule Rows

Circuit to pause consolidated challenges to its methane rule for new oil and gas infrastructure and other previous emissions rules for the sector, arguing that the agency's review of the latest rule under an executive order by President Donald Trump could impact the disputes.
