1st Circ. Backs NLRB In Confidentiality Rule Rejection

Law360, New York (March 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a "cautionary tale for employers" on the risks of a broad confidentiality clause, a federal appeals court has upheld a ruling by the two-member panel of the National Labor Relations Board that refused to consider the circumstances of the case and rejected a temporary employment agency's clause as violating labor organizing protections.
