Ex-Workers Of RV Co. Monaco File WARN Suit

Law360, New York (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of former Monaco Coach Corp. employees has filed a proposed class action alleging the bankrupt maker of recreational vehicles failed to give adequate notice before firing them.

In a complaint filed Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, eight former employees claim the company violated the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act by failing to give 60-day written notice.
