Court Won't Lift Stay In Hearing Aid Patent Case

Law360 (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected bids from plaintiff Hear-Wear Technologies LLC and defendant Vivatone Hearing Systems LLC to lift a stay the court put in place while the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office re-examined the four hearing-aid technology patents-at-issue in the suit.
