Flood Ruling For Insurer Sticks In Tulane Katrina Suit

Law360 (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to reconsider an earlier decision to grant partial summary judgment to Ace American Insurance Co. over a flood exclusion in a dispute with Tulane University over whether the insurer owes the New Orleans school $100 million in excess coverage for damage caused by Hurricane Katrina.
