Jury Convicts Ex-Dewey CFO, Frees Exec Director

Law360, New York (May 8, 2017, 4:12 PM EDT) -- A Manhattan jury on Monday issued a split verdict in the long-running criminal case against top executives of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, acquitting the defunct law firm’s executive director but convicting its former chief financial officer on fraud and conspiracy charges.
