Insurer On Hook For Firm's Post-Katrina Fee Losses

Law360, New York (March 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Louisiana law firm has won summary judgment against its insurer in a business loss case following Hurricane Katrina in which the firm claimed its loss of contingency fees was covered by an insurance policy despite the firm's overall increase in earnings.
