Prudential Did Not Conspire Against Broker: Judge

Law360, New York (March 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge has ruled in favor of Prudential Life Insurance Co. in an antitrust suit brought by a benefits broker that accused the insurer of divulging its proprietary work to a rival company and conspiring to bump it out of a lucrative insurance deal.
