Greenberg's Win In AIG Bailout Case Reversed On Appeal

Law360, New York (May 9, 2017, 2:26 PM EDT) -- A Federal Circuit panel on Tuesday said that the terms of the federal government’s $85 billion bailout of American International Group Inc. were constitutional, overturning a lower court ruling in favor of the insurance giant’s former chief executive, Maurice “Hank” Greenberg.
